If you only ship shoes in the package, a maximum of 3 pairs of shoes can be sent. 3. If the quantity of goods in your package exceeds the limit, we will cancel the package and return shipping fee. Size limit: The goods should not exceed 40cm on one side (clothes should not exceed 40cm after folding). Route description: 1. Applicable products: All wearable items, such as clothes, pants, shoes, hats, jewelry, socks, gloves, etc 2. When you choose this route, we are authorized by default to vacuum packaging (removing the original packaging bag),or remove shoe boxes or use other add-value services for your package for free, and you do not need to choose any value-added services whensubmitting package; 3. SUGARGOO logistics experts will choose the most suitable and safe route based on your shipping country and package situation, and will not accept user specified routes.

• The loss or damage of the package during the transportation of the package by the third-party logistics provider is beyond the control of Sugargoo. Sugargoo will not be responsible for the corresponding compensation, but will actively assist you in making compensation.
• Compensation applications will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Confiscated goods, fasteners, unpacking damage caused by customs reasons, etc.
• The user cannot cooperate with customs clearance/provide wrong address and other reasons caused by their own reasons
• Damage of fragile items in transit
• The logistics track shows that it has been successfully delivered to the correct address
• Political reasons, natural disasters and other irresistible factors that belong to the third-party logistics provider's disclaimer clause
